The “Professional” status is reserved for registered professionals in the beauty industry: nail technicians, beauticians, institutes, salons, or beauty spaces. By this, we mean professionals who are officially registered with the administration of their country of residence and therefore hold, in France for example, a SIRET number.

Once your request has been validated by our team, this status allows you to access features and advantages specifically designed for professionals, helping to make your daily activity easier.

• Access to larger volumes and sizes

We know that beauty professionals use their products in large quantities. That is why some of our products are available in larger formats, specially designed for you.

Examples:

• Fibr'in Gel Platinium up to 1000 mL
• Neutral Cleaner up to 5000 mL

These formats allow you to optimize your purchases and efficiently meet the needs of your business.

• Access to the “Resale” category

Professional clients also have access to our category dedicated to resale.

This section brings together a selection of products (spa range, cuticle oils, etc.) that you can offer to your clients in order to create additional sales during your services.

You also benefit from tiered pricing depending on the quantities ordered, helping you optimize your margins.

• Creation of training kits

If you provide training, OA Nail System can also support you in the creation of your educational kits.

You have the possibility to create your own training kits, adapted to your program and your needs. A specific discount may be applied depending on the number of kits ordered.

To apply for the Professional status, simply follow these steps when creating your account:

1. Enter your SIRET number in your Customer Area, under the section “Account information”

2. Upload your Kbis extract in the section “My Kbis extract”

Once this information has been submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team.

The validation of the “Professional” status is not automatic. Each request is manually reviewed by our customer service team in order to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

It is therefore important to enter your own professional information.

Our team also reserves the right:

1. to request additional documents if necessary

2. to refuse the application if the information provided is not compliant or cannot be verified

The validation of your Professional status may take up to 7 business days after submitting your information in your customer account.

During this period, no follow-up is necessary.
